1. General terms

These terms govern the use of the services of Taronja School. By enrolling on courses you agree to these terms.

2. Course enrolment

  • Enrolment on courses is subject to place availability
  • Enrolment requires taking the language level test
  • Payment is made before the course starts or according to an agreed schedule
  • A place in a group is reserved after the prepayment is made

3. Payment and refunds

  • Payment is accepted in cash, by bank card or by bank transfer
  • If you cancel the course 7 days before the start — a 100% refund
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the start — a 50% refund
  • No refund is given after the course has started
  • In case of illness a transfer to the next course is possible

4. Attendance rules

  • Attendance is required for effective learning
  • If more than 25% of lessons are missed, the student may be withdrawn from the course
  • Missed lessons are not compensated and cannot be rescheduled
  • Being more than 15 minutes late counts as an absence

5. Liability

The school is not responsible for students’ personal belongings. Students are liable for material damage caused to school property.

6. Changes to the terms

The school reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
