Choosing where to learn Spanish in Spain

Valencia combines city life with a Mediterranean coast. Taronja is in the historic centre, near Torres de Serranos, so daily errands, cafés and cultural visits can become opportunities to use Spanish. Classes take place at the school; accommodation is chosen separately.

Match the course to your time and level
Choose the core Intensive for a balanced group programme, add conversation lessons for more speaking practice, or add private lessons for individual feedback. All-inclusive combines group, conversation and private lessons; its name describes teaching, and accommodation is paid separately.
One week can be a first introduction. Two or four weeks give you more time to practise the classroom material in daily life. For a longer stay, compare the published 8, 12, 24 and 36-week options. Progress depends on your starting level, attendance and practice; a duration is not a promised CEFR result.
Start dates and what to arrange before travelling
Students with previous Spanish knowledge can usually join on a Monday, subject to public holidays and confirmation. Complete beginners follow planned group start dates. Check the beginner calendar and request confirmation of the course and accommodation before booking travel.

Build your budget for a stay in Spain
Use the tuition comparison as a starting point. Add the registration fee, your chosen accommodation and any applicable extras. A shared apartment suits an independent stay, a host family adds everyday conversation and a meal plan, and a private studio offers more privacy with seasonal pricing.

A two-week budget example
Intensive tuition €400 + Basic shared apartment €340 + registration €45 = €785 subtotal. This example excludes flights, meals, optional activities and applicable extras.
Materials are included for A1–B1; the B2–C1 textbook costs €24. Apartment air conditioning adds €30 per week in June–September. Confirm any deposit and the full quote before booking.

- Can I study in Valencia as a complete beginner?
- Yes. Choose a planned beginner group start and ask us to confirm the date. Students with prior knowledge follow the level assessment and Monday-start arrangements.
- Is accommodation included in the course price?
- No. Tuition and accommodation are separate, including for All-inclusive. Housing is available with courses of at least two weeks; compare the categories and request a quote for your dates.
- How do I book a course in Spain?
